We've been raising pigs and processing them ourselves for over a decade on Fire Mountain Farmstead, even while we were in the process of buying new land. We're passionate about good food and there's nothing like fresh pork and dry cured bacon! James is learning how to cure pork naturally into bacon, guancale, proscuitto, and more! We're excited to be able to offer all-natural pork raised with no antibiotics or vaccines. They're offered a well-rounded diet of non-gmo grain, hay, windfall fruit from the valley's orchards, dairy, eggs, and scraps from the garden. We hope to add more cured pork products to our product list soon! If you'd like to place an order, fill out and submit the cut sheet below and we'll send an invoice. Quantities are limited and a deposit is collected for advance orders.
